#KeNation is known for a plethora of things, but one resounding symbol that unites us as 254 is the Coat of Arms. At the centre of it is a traditional shield that boasts the Kenyan colours; black, white, red and green – to symbolize unity and defence. The shield is guarded by two lions – fierce animals synonymous with our country. The wildlife exemplifies protection.

The lions and shield stand on a silhouette of Mount Kenya – a way of showing that our nation is abundant in agricultural produce (remember #KeExports?), and beneath it all is a scroll with the word HARAMBEE – pulling together.
